Sonrava Health: Mobile Terms and Conditions

Overview

Sonrava Health is offering a convenient text messaging program for appointment updates and dental health information. Participants have the option of receiving two types of text messages including: (1) Transactional messages, such as appointment reminders, confirmations, schedule changes, cancellations, and account updates; and (2) Promotional messages, which may include dental health tips, seasonal reminders, special offers, and new service announcements. You must provide separate consent to receive promotional messages.

Terms & Conditions

Text message program agreement begins when user provides their phone number and opt-ins to the text message program. At any time, the user can suspend receiving messages from Sonrava Health by replying STOP to any Sonrava Health text message. Service will be continuous until user completes an Opt-Out request by replying 'STOP' to any Sonrava Health text message or sending an email to info@westerndental.com. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Number and size of messages may vary per user. We do not charge any users fees to send or receive text messages. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. The wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered message. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator. We will only use the information you provide to transmit text messages to you. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, to protect our rights or property. Text messages through your wireless carrier / service provider are not secure messages through encryption or similar technology.

Sonrava Health General SMS Service is available on most carriers including CG, ALLTEL AWCC, AT&T Mobility, Boost, Cricket, Google Voice, Metro PCS, Nextel, Rural Carrier Groups, Sprint, Tier 2/3 Carrier Group, T-Mobile®, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless, and Virgin Mobile. Requires text-enabled handset. Carriers listed are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Other Network Carriers will be added as they become available.
